I am a science writer with 15 years of experience. After receiving my PhD in geoscience from the University of Edinburgh, I worked for an engineering consultancy and then decided to take the plunge and focus on science writing full-time. I really enjoy explaining scientific and medical concepts to a wider audience! When I’m not at the keyboard, I’m spending time with my family, making a stir-fry, or (as of late) jogging.
